Shelly Daun has 24 years of professional experience in public education. Currently, she is the Director of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment for the Menasha Joint School District. She has been in school administration for the past 15 years. Prior to that, she has been a classroom teacher, gifted and talented teacher, instructional coach, and principal. She has worked in large and medium sized districts in Northeast Wisconsin.
Shelly has lead professional development and consulted in other school districts for the past 7 years. Her primary focus has been on district level improvement for all students centered on research based best practices in instruction and assessment. She is well versed in standards, assessment, k-12 literacy, and mathematics instruction.
