Shavana Talbert is an educational consultant, equity strategist, and Culturally Responsive Practices Technical Assistance Coordinator at the Wisconsin RtI Center. Prior to joining the Wisconsin RtI Center, Shavana has worked for schools and districts, large and small, in both Wisconsin and Minnesota. In addition, Shavana has consulted with non-profits, academic institutions, and corporate brands to promote equity and social justice with a dynamic and innovative approach. Shavana is a graduate of Stanford University and is a lead-trainer, consultant, and Intercultural Development Inventory ™ Qualified Administrator (idiinventory.com/) with Common Talks Consulting.
