Creating the Conditions for Successful Co-Teaching
Strong co-teaching doesn’t happen by chance; it is the result of intentional design and shared commitment. This session supports leaders and teams in establishing the structures, expectations, and collaborative practices necessary to launch and sustain high-impact co-teaching across classrooms.
Participants will explore the key conditions that drive success, including clearly defined roles, protected and purposeful co-planning, effective use of co-teaching models, and shared accountability for student learning.
Teams will leave with a clear roadmap to successfully implement co-teaching, ensuring greater access, engagement, and achievement for all learners.
