The Hats We Wear as School Leaders: How to Lead, Serve, Coach, and Communicate with Confidence

School leaders wear many hats every day — coach, manager, communicator, counselor, servant-leader, and more. Research confirms that schools rise to the level of their leadership, yet many leaders are expected to navigate these complex responsibilities with little time for reflection, support, or intentional growth.

This eight-session virtual Grow Leadership Academy helps principals, assistant principals, district leaders, and aspiring administrators strengthen the mindsets and practical skills necessary to lead healthy schools and sustainable cultures. Each session combines research-based strategies, real-world leadership experiences, reflective conversations, and actionable tools leaders can immediately apply in their schools.

Participants will explore how to lead people effectively, manage systems wisely, communicate with clarity, coach for growth, navigate conflict, strengthen culture, and sustain personal well-being over the long term. Join a collaborative cohort of leaders committed to growing their confidence, influence, and impact throughout the school year.
