Tools, Look-Fors, and Coaching Strategies

Virtual | March 5, 12, 19, 2026

Building the Systems, Tools, and Clarity Leaders Need to Strengthen Co-Teaching Implementation

Effective co-teaching doesn’t happen by accident, it happens through shared tools, clear expectations, and strong instructional leadership. This three-part virtual series equips principals, district leaders, directors, coordinators, and instructional coaches with a co-teaching leadership toolkit they can use to support teams, strengthen instructional practices, and ensure students with IEPs experience meaningful access to grade-level learning.

Across the series, leaders will deepen their knowledge of the co-teaching models, learn how to promote high-quality SDI within inclusive settings, and develop practical solutions to the real-world challenges that often derail co-teaching partnerships. Each session includes leader-specific tools, look-fors, templates, and coaching moves to support consistent implementation across classrooms and schools.
