Recalibrate PLCs | Strengthen Collaboration | Use AI for Efficiency

Leading PLCs for Impact in Today’s Schools

Strong collaborative teams require more than meeting structures and shared agendas. They need clarity, intentional leadership, effective tools, and opportunities to recalibrate the work. Join school and district leaders from across the region for a free Learning Lab experience in Neenah, Wisconsin, designed specifically for principals, superintendents, and other leaders supporting PLCs and collaborative teams.

This interactive event will provide leaders with an opportunity to examine the current state of collaboration in their schools and districts. Participants will explore strategies for recalibrating PLCs, strengthening team structures, and helping collaborative teams move beyond routines and meetings toward meaningful impact in the classroom..

Our free event will create space for leaders to connect with one another, share challenges and successes, and learn from the experiences of other schools and districts working to strengthen collaborative practices. Leaders will also explore practical ways artificial intelligence can support the work of PLCs with special guest Tony Frontier. Through hands-on examples and tools, leaders will discover how AI can help teams work more efficiently by organizing and analyzing data, generating stronger questions, preparing for collaborative conversations, documenting learning, and reducing the time spent on tasks that can pull teams away from their primary focus…student learning.

As a result of attending this free session, Wisconsin school leaders will learn how to:

  • Recalibrate PLCs to focus on student learning.
  • Strengthen collaborative teams through clear, intentional leadership.
  • Use AI to deepen collaboration and save time.
