Lead the Shift: Transforming Math Classrooms Through the Workshop Model

Research-Aligned, Student-Centered Framework

Virtual | February 19, 2026

Transform Your Math Classrooms Through the Workshop Model

As instructional leaders, we know that improving math outcomes begins with the structures that shape daily instruction. The Math Workshop model offers a research-aligned, student-centered framework that transforms how math is taught and learned—balancing whole group, small group, and individualized learning to make differentiation both manageable and meaningful. In this session, leaders will explore how adopting a consistent workshop structure supports deeper conceptual understanding, fosters student engagement, and builds teacher capacity to meet diverse learner needs, all of which directly contribute to increased student achievement.  Participants will examine what effective implementation looks like in practice, how it aligns with high-impact instructional practices, and the leadership systems—such as professional learning, feedback cycles, and progress monitoring, that sustain quality math instruction across classrooms and schools.
